SIGHT INVESTIGATION UPDATE: Ohio State Reformatory

Well here is a new entry category in my blog for updates to investigations that my ghost hunting group SIGHT goes on. This is a followup to what we experienced there. Well kiddies it was a interesting experience and a great place to investigate. There is alot of energy in the old massive building. I and the group seemed to encounter some sad energies, some bad energies and some inbetween for that matter. Plus the place is full of history and great characture. Its massive gothic stone structure that even looks forboding when you drive up to it. I am going to post my log report I turned in to our Tech Director that will be posted on our website.

Evidence Report for Chris - Ohio State Reformatory June 20th 2008

Present was Chris, Becky, Ben, Jessica and Shannon

Incident 1

Up in the Custodial Room, experienced and felt a male spirit. This spirit gave out feelings of anger, frustration, and irritability. I could feel maybe he had a mental illness while he was alive and that maybe a female nurse may have abused him that is why his hatred toward women. Felt he did not trust anybody and he paced back and forth alot. Got feeling with Jessica that he was always on display for others who tour the prison and was feeling along with her that he was getting very angry with all of us there around him. So Jessica and myself made the suggestion that the group of us leave him alone and left the room quickly because we did not want anything bad to happen and felt it could have.

Incident 2

Saw a shadowman following all of us out of the custodial area and heard him along with Ben him following us for awhile. did not feel threatened just that he was curious of all of us.

Incident 3

Up in the cellblock, the cell marked with a "X". I sat in this cell with Jessica at first and felt that there was a bad struggle, and someone was killed in this struggle. It was pretty violent for what I seemed to feel and pick up. After awhile I sat alone in the cell and feeling that bad energy of the mentioned crime I felt a presence sit next to me and put a hand on my shoulder. I was a male presence, and it seemed to want to comfort me and it did calm me down. I had feelings of peace and felt safe in the cell and did not want to leave. But after awhile, both Jessica who was in the next door cell and I felt the need to get out of the cell block as something just did not feel right or something bad was coming. We both left with the rest of the group.

We will have pics on our website soon and our EVP's we captured. We only seemed to get 3 good EVPs and have a few pics. We are also getting some of our video footage put on Y-Tube and when that is I will let you all know. All in all it was a great adventure. But very tiring. I feel if your sensitive you seem to get more tired because your energy gets drained by the energies in places like this. It took me a few days to recover from this ordeal but I know others from my group as well as other groups like Wester Reserve Paranormal were really tired too. I will keep you all updated on other investigations and more on this as it unfolds.
